Same-day delivery & what's included
Ask us to confirm stock and a delivery window. Standard local service includes delivery, placement, a control demonstration and scheduled pickup for $129 round trip. Stairs, narrow doorways or difficult access may require a custom quote.
Sleeping, recovery & chair fit
Our lay-flat power recliners can be used for naps and overnight sleep. We confirm the chair, dimensions, rated capacity and working features before booking. Follow your care team's instructions on sleeping and transfers after surgery.
Extensions, pickup & cancellations
Contact us before the agreed pickup date to request more time. Extensions depend on availability and an agreed price. Cancellation and schedule-change terms are confirmed before booking; there is no automatic renewal.
Cleaning, spills & damage
Routine cleaning and ordinary wear are included. Extra cleaning, contamination handling, repairs or missing parts are assessed at reasonable, documented actual cost with itemized evidence. Report spills, bodily fluids, smoke, pests or other contamination before pickup. No automatic full-chair replacement fee.
Rental terms & privacy
Availability, access, final pricing, applicable tax, the $150 refundable deposit and cancellation/extension terms are agreed before booking. Keep a clear route and use the chair according to its manufacturer's instructions; we demonstrate the controls at setup.
